young management leaders. Keeping that in mind in harmony with the
majestic eagle, which is our logo. Students have been soaring to new
heights in the field of acivities in-house and outside the campus.The
various out-house activities carried through tea effort which provides
opportunities for supplementing the application of knowledge acquired
in-house.
Marketing Forum:
The Marketing Forum tries to inculcate the
contemporary marketing concepts of seminars, workshops and case studies on
marketing related issues.
Finance Forum:
The Finance Forum attempts to challenge the concepts of the both, faculty
and students by throwing up new issues through case studies based on
actual business situations.It is our constant endeavor to provide
opportunity to the students for participation in seminars, projects,
competitions, case study competitions, workshops and other completive
events.
HRD
Forum: The group of students which
constitute our HRD Forum, ably supports the teaching at the institute.
This Forum Strives to achieve corporate interaction between professors and
managers towards promoting. Mutual learning by holding interactive
sessions with practicing managers to get a glimpse of the practical work
environment.
TRIDENT: A
marketing research and consultancy wing of the institute which undertakes
various projects from the industry, related to market survey, sales
promotion etc.
Trend blazers:
This forum holds the key responsibility
for arranging the series of presentations and case analysis sessions to
keep the students abreast with the latest in management. These
presentations and case studies find place in the weekly bag (IMEDs Wall
Magazine)
Functional
Platforms: The students from marketing
and finance specializations exchange their views and thoughts, conduct
live projects, discuss the current marketing scenario and interact with
the industry stalwarts from their respective fields.
IT Club: The IT
Club is an endeavor to inculcate an IT culture amongst the MCA students.
It aims to traverse the unexplored domains of information technology
crystal maze.
LAKASH:
It is an Inter-collegiate meet which comprises of a
management convention, a cultural festival and sports meet. Students from
different colleges interact on common platform and display their hidden
talents.
